Motorola Droid SmartphoneMotorola Mobility today updated its line of Droid smartphones, announcing three new models, including the flagship device Droid Ultra, which is still to be sold only in the United States and will be available through the Verizon Wireless operator only.

As described by Motorola, Droid Ultra has a 5-inch screen and a thickness of only 7.18 mm, which makes it the thinnest smartphone in the world of large format with support for 4G LTE.

Also at the launch in New York, the company unveiled the Droid Maxx, which also has a 5-inch screen and a battery that supports autonomous operation for 48 hours. In the previous model Motorola Razr Maxx, supported the work for 32 hours, in addition, Droid Maxx almost 9% thinner than its predecessor. Continue reading
