openElement – an easy to use HTML-editor, with which the experienced and novice web designers can create complete web-sites and do their publication on the Internet.

Despite the skepticism of professionals to the free web-development tools, the proposed product compares favorably to many similar instruments. Including OpenElement boasts surprisingly rich feature set and fairly easy to use interface. After starting the application will prompt the user to create a new project or select one of the available templates.
